What Vuna is, and is not Vuna is an organizational tool for your job and internship search: it tracks applications, schedules reminders, suggests updates from email you choose to forward, and provides general career guidance content. It is a tool, not an agent and not an advisor. Vuna never applies to jobs, sends messages, or takes any external action on your behalf. All actions in your search are yours.

The playbook content in Vuna is general educational guidance. It is not professional career counseling, legal advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us, and we make no promises about interviews, offers, or results.

Your account You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the content you add. One account per person.

Acceptable use Use Vuna for your own job search. Do not: attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service; use the forwarding system to process mail you do not have the right to process; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content You own everything you put into Vuna. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it back to you, which is the entire purpose of the product. We claim no other rights to your content. Deleting your account ends this license, subject to the deletion timelines in the Privacy Policy.

Email forwarding The forwarding feature processes only mail you direct to your private Vuna address. You are responsible for what you forward, including compliance with any obligations you have regarding that mail. Suggested updates generated from forwarded mail are suggestions; you confirm every change, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your pipeline.

Purchases The Season Pass is a one-time purchase. Bought inside the app, it is processed by Apple under Apple's payment terms, and Apple's refund policies apply. Bought on our website, it is processed by our payment processor, and our own refund terms apply. Either way the purchase unlocks the same features for the account that made it, on every surface where you sign in. Prices may change for future purchasers; a completed purchase is never revoked by a price change.

Availability and changes We work to keep Vuna reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may add, change, or retire features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and an export path for your content.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or hiring outcomes. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Third-party services Vuna relies on third-party infrastructure (cloud hosting, email processing, AI processing, purchase management, notifications). We are not responsible for outages of those providers, though we will always work to route around them.

Termination You can stop using Vuna and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms If these terms change materially, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
